Paint pail machine

Paint pail machine contains paint pail mold, pail injection molding machine and related paint pail auxiliary equipments.

Paint pail mold: paint pail body mold, paint pail lid mould, paint pail handle mold. If your pail lid is special, it also need pail cover mould and pail cap mold. And pail handle material could be steel or plastic. This could accord your meet to choose corresponding mold amount.

Paint pail injection molding machine: Normally for 20L paint pail, we chose 500 ton machine. And 5L pail, we choose 268ton machine. Accord to mold information, we will pick suitable and good quality machine. If machine is limited, we will design the optimal mold designs which could match distance between bars and open stroke and so on.

Related auxiliary equipments: it had cooling system and air compressor system. Cooling system contains water tower, pump, chiller, water pool. And air compressor system has chiller, filter, de-humidification and gas storage tank. Besides, 20L paint pail need cut machine, material loading machine, dry machine at your choice.
