Take advantage of IML technology, tub and
Lid are much popular in the market. This had attracted attention of inventors
about IML tub mold and IML lid mould. To meet market demanding, our company forces
to develop and improve this IML container mould.
Plastic tub mold use S136 Stavax, hardness
is 48-52HRC. And according to injection machine and IML information, to chose
single cavity mold, 2 cavities moulds and 4 cavities molds. The injection gate
is always hot runner system which could greatly increase the injection flow and
save material. And ejection way is air+stripper.
The characteristic of IML container mould
is our design:
1. With IML robot, the mould could
work with it. Without IML robot, plastic tub could auto fall. Customer could
adjust accord demanding.
2. 2 cavities or 4 cavities, our
mold cavity and mold core were inserted. This way is very easy for assembling
and for future mould maintenance. Besides, our mold cavity insert could take
apart from front side which is continent for dismantle and maintenance.
3. Insert with Beryllium copper,
this will greatly improve cooling result and reduce the cycle time. For
example, our cheese tub molding, single cavity could achieve about 8-10s.
