And cheese container mold is S136 mold steel, with HRC 48-52 which could guaranteed mold life 1M or 5M. 2L Square cheese container tool dimension is 450*450*550MM. Cycle time for single cavity is about 10s. Besides, our mold dimension and spare parts are all meet DME standard which is very easy for mold maintenance.

Ice cream package container molding-SINO PACKAGE

Customer always prefer to develop four cavities ice cream packaged container molds as multi-cavities will bring more production capacity and in further will create much benefit. Hence, we aim to provide high efficiency plastic container molding line.

Plastic container line

To achieve high efficiency, container moulds need multi-cavities design, optimal cooling system and air venting system. Those are basic standard for making a good ice cream mold, what I want to introduce our main characteristic is our mould design for easily maintenance. One is core inserts could disassemble in front which do not need taking down mold, the other one is inserts & wear plates could easy take out and installing. Every design point for us is that satisfying handy operation and long time guarantee life.

Besides, injection molding machine is also play important role in high efficiency plastic container molding as packaged containers belong to quick returns and small margins products. Considering this, it needs and short cycle time. That’s require injection molding machine is quick speed and high injection pressure. No matter square container tool or roundcontainer tool, we could ensure cheese container nice appearance design and good function.

During cheese part design, we will consider fitting, water sealing and stacking function as design basic. And considering reasonable water-sealing finger position and distribution, stacking distance and so on, we will ensure each cheese container biggest loading weight but under lightest weight.

Besides, cheese container mold was always tested on high speed injection molding machine. As thin-wall container cooling time is very short, high speed machine has the function of 3 axis linkages to realize material charging, mold open and mold eject all at same time. This way is greatly shorted cycle time and improves production capability.

Thin wall container mold

Thin wall container and lid are widely used in daily life, especially for packing food container, ice cream container and so on. Hence, this large demand promoted thin-wall container mold development.

1.Food container lid and body need very transparent surface and nice appearance. So we adapt S136 stavax for mold cavity and core. Take advantage of this steel high polishing function, it save polishing time and also achieved high polishing result. Besides, it also could guarantee 3M shots mold life for food container mold. What’s more, the thin wall container also have high polishing surface.

2.Container and lid need good stacking and fitting. So we have strong food container design team. Part designer will draw most suitable stacking height so that saves transportation cost. And they will better consider the fitting between container and lid.

3.Short cycle time, huge productivity for thin-wall container mold. We design multi-cavities for container and lid mold. 12cavities, 6s cycle time by installing on high speed injection molding machine. Besides, food container lid could assemble on various containers which also save inventor’s cost.

4.Optimal cooling system and air venting system. We had strong food container mold design working team which designer had at least 3-4 years. Besides, if the mold core designed with insert, it will better for thin wall container air venting system.

5.IML system application depends on customer needs or not. Designer team need to consider this point so that the mould had this function. The IML thin-wall container could design to auto fall or semi-auto fall. And take advantage of IML robot, the thin-wall container will inject quickly and response faster.
