1.Food container lid and body need very transparent surface and nice appearance. So we adapt S136 stavax for mold cavity and core. 1.     Container mould steel: Stavax Esr (S-136), made in ASSAB, tempered with HRC45-52. Using this material, it will prolong the mold guaranteed mold life and also ensure container mould has a perfect transparent.

2.    Container mold design: According container product design, we will offer the practical and optimal mould design which has good cooling system, air venting system and ejector system.
