1. Container
mould steel: Stavax Esr (S-136), made in ASSAB, tempered with HRC45-52. Using
this material, it will prolong the mold guaranteed mold life and also ensure
container mould has a perfect transparent.
2. Container mold design:
According container product design, we will offer the practical and optimal
mould design which has good cooling system, air venting system and ejector
system. The most characteristic is every food container moulds design
discuss meeting which bound mold designer, mold worker, mold sales engineer,
mold project manager to take part in. Because it will combine theory with
practice and helpful for the mold test.
3. Container
mould quality control: We have special quality control department which will
inspect mold quality all the time. Take advantage of coordinate measuring
machine and other high tooling equipment, we will check mold quality and
precision after each mold manufacture process.
4. With IML
robot, the mould could work with it. Without IML robot, plastic tub could auto
fall. Customer could adjust accord demanding.
5. 2 cavities or
4 cavities, our mold cavity and mold core were inserted. This way is very easy
for assembling and for future mould maintenance. Besides, our mold cavity
insert could take apart from front side which is continent for dismantle and
maintenance.
6. Insert with
Beryllium copper, this will greatly improve cooling result and reduce the cycle
time. For example, our cheese tub molding, single cavity could achieve about
8-10s.
