1.Food container molding mold
We aims on high quality multi-cavities container tool, so adopt S136 steel which made from ASSAB. And considering big production capacity, container mold structure will design with optimal cooling system and air venting system. Besides, the most important is strict controlling mold precision dimension. We invest big money to improve our tooling machine with Italy Fidia, DMG high speed milling, Japan Shaddick, Marzark and so on. Except precision machine, we also have a strict quality control system, project manager system, independent mold trail department which could test and adjust optimal machine parameter for customer reference.
2.Food container molding machine
Considering food container huge production quantities, high speed injection molding machine is necessary and the most suitable. This machine designs with high speed which could achieve 400mm/s so that to improve cycle time. And our machine had various types from 200-400ton. Besides, servo motor system could precision control each action and to achieve best result.
Container molding machine adopt KEBA computer control, Japan Omron, French Scheneider for electric system. And others important machine elements also use with famous brand elements which could easy for quick after-sale service. No matter which country, we had relatively close service agent to provide spare parts and consultation service. What’s more, such like, chiller, material auto loader, crusher and others auxiliary engines, we also could provide and installing with molding machine.
