cheese container is PP material, shrinkage is 1.6%. And cheese container mold is S136 mold steel, with HRC 48-52 which could guaranteed mold life 1M or 5M. 2L Square cheese container tool dimension is 450*450*550MM. Cycle time for single cavity is about 10s. Besides, our mold dimension and spare parts are all meet DME standard which is very easy for mold maintenance.
