To achieve high efficiency, container moulds need multi-cavities design, optimal cooling system and air venting system. Those are basic standard for making a good ice cream mold, what I want to introduce our main characteristic is our mould design for easily maintenance. One is core inserts could disassemble in front which do not need taking down mold, the other one is inserts & wear plates could easy take out and installing. Every design point for us is that satisfying handy operation and long time guarantee life.
Besides, injection molding machine is also play important role in high efficiency plastic container molding as packaged containers belong to quick returns and small margins products. Considering this, it needs and short cycle time. That’s require injection molding machine is quick speed and high injection pressure. What’s more, mold opening and ejecting is parallel action, this greatly improve molding machines performance.
