No matter square container tool or roundcontainer tool, we could ensure cheese container nice
appearance design and good function.
During cheese part design, we will consider fitting, water sealing and
stacking function as design basic. And considering reasonable water-sealing
finger position and distribution, stacking distance and so on, we will ensure
each cheese container biggest loading weight but under lightest weight.
Cheese container is PP material, shrinkage is 1.6%. And cheese container mold is S136 mold
steel, with HRC 48-52 which could guaranteed mold life 1M or 5M. 2L Square
cheese container tool dimension is 450*450*550MM. Cycle time for single cavity
is about 10s. 2L round cheese container mold is 400*400*450MM. Cycle time for
single cavity is about 8s. Besides, our mold dimension and spare parts are all
meet DME standard which is very easy for mold maintenance.
Besides, cheese container mold was always tested on high speed injection
molding machine. As thin-wall container cooling time is very short, high speed
machine has the function of 3 axis linkages to realize material charging, mold
open and mold eject all at same time. This way is greatly shorted cycle time
and improves production capability.
